There is a blueprint for marriage.....And it didn't come from culture -it came from GOD.

Join us for a Two-Part Lesson the month of MAY as we explore Chapter One of our book THE BLUE PRINT by Dr.Andre J Lewis.

This month we will explore:

*️⃣ Building a strong , united Family
*️⃣ Raising a legacy that honors HIM
*️⃣Growing in love, purpose, and partnership.

Part One: Sunday, May 10th @ 8am (Issachar Room)
Part Two: Thursday, May 14th @ 7pm (Issachar Room)

As we come to the close of this beautiful Marriage Month, our hearts are full. We have prayed together, learned together, laughed together—and most importantly, we have been reminded that marriage is not just a commitment to one another, but a covenant before God.

Sunday worship service with the B&R Choir was one for the books. What we witnessed was not perfection, not performance, but couples standing together side by side, choosing each other, and choosing God again and again.

Marriage is not always easy. Our Pastor reminded us that even though marriages are made in Heaven...it must be maintained on Earth. It requires work. Marriages require patience, grace, forgiveness, and sacrifice. When GOD is the center, trouble won't last always 😉

As we leave this month, let us not leave the principles behind. Continue to PRAY for and with each other. Continue to communicate. Continue to FIGHT for your marriage, not against each other. Continue to protect your Table for Two.

We thank God for what He has done this month -and we trust HIm for what He will continue to do in every marriage respresented at Greater True Light Missionary Baptist Church.

Always remember Ecclesiates 4:12 - "And though a man might prevail against one who is alone, two will withstand him -a threefold cord is not easily brokern"
