You may not see her when you visit Siphon, but chances are you’ve enjoyed something she’s had a hand in. From scratch-made quiches to prep, pastries, and just about everything in between, she’s one of the quiet forces that keeps our kitchen running.

This smile? It’s pretty much how she shows up every day (even when there’s a mountain of prep waiting 😄).

Starting July 2, Siphon is back to our regular hours:
🕖 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, every day.

Our team is trained, energized, and ready to serve you even better than before. Whether you’re stopping by for your morning coffee, lunch with friends, or an afternoon pick-me-up, we’ve got you covered.
