Congratulations to Hicks Thomas attorney Justin Braga on completing the New Hampshire Bar Association Leadership Academy, a competitive nine-month leadership development program designed to foster professional growth and strengthen leadership skills among emerging attorneys.

Limited to just 15 participants, the academy provides curriculum tailored to lawyers in their first 10 years of practice. Justin received his certificate at the New Hampshire Bar Association's Annual Meeting on June 13.

A strong result for Hicks Thomas’ own Stewart Hoffer and Justin Braga, who secured a mid-trial win in federal court on behalf of Apache Corp. and APA Corp. in an employment discrimination lawsuit.

Before the case could reach the jury, the court granted the defense team’s motion for judgment as a matter of law following the close of evidence.
