We welcomed the Kiewit Corporation interns to our Houston facility for a Lunch & Learn, where our team of experts introduced them to the world of precast concrete.

We also provided a tour of our innovative facility to give them a firsthand look at our precast capabilities and manufacturing process.

We recently hit 200 days without an OSHA recordable injury. 👏

This milestone is built on consistent habits and keeping safety as a #1 priority. From the plant floor to the office, we continue to build a workplace that keeps safety at the center of everything we do every day.

We're proud to celebrate the graduation of 29 of our plant employees who completed the ESL Industrial Communications for Safety & Production - Intermediate course through Alvin College (ACC). 🎓🎉

The course was customized specifically for our team to strengthen English communication, with a focus on production and safety. This semester, participants learned the vocabulary and grammar needed to confidently report workplace incidents.

"These gentlemen really want to learn and improve in their jobs, but most importantly, they have goals. They don't just want to show up, they want to grow," said Saul Olivares, Instructor/Department Chair of Foreign Languages for ACC.

Before kicking off the holiday weekend, we took some time to celebrate Fourth of July at Locke. 🎆

From red, white, and blue outfits to burgers, games, and lots of laughs, it was a great afternoon spent together as a team.
