Nosebleed? No need to look up at the ceiling like the blood is trying to escape! 😅

When someone’s nose starts bleeding:

1. Sit them upright and lean them slightly forward.
2. Pinch the soft part of the nose, just above the nostrils, firmly for 10–15 minutes without letting go.
3. Breathe through the mouth and spit out any blood that reaches it.

Don’t tilt the head back—the blood can run down the throat. If bleeding hasn’t stopped after 10–15 minutes of firm pressure, or it’s heavy or follows a serious injury, seek urgent medical care.

You’re dressing up, raise your hand and suddenly notice one extra soft bulge under your armpit.

You look left. 👀
Look right. 👀
Touch it again…

“Excuse me… WHO PUT BREAST FOR HERE?!” 😭😂😂

Yes o! Some people have accessory breast tissue, sometimes called axillary breast tissue when it occurs in the armpit.

And here’s where it gets interesting:

Because it’s breast tissue, it may become more noticeable or tender with hormonal changes, especially around menstruation, pregnancy, or breastfeeding.

So before you squeeze it, massage it aggressively, or start blaming your deodorant… 😭😂

PLEASE LEAVE THE ARMPIT ALONE!

Not every armpit lump is accessory breast tissue. Swollen lymph nodes, cysts, infections, lipomas and other conditions can also cause lumps in that area.

⚠️ If you notice a new lump, one that is growing, hard, painful, red, persistent, or otherwise changing, please have it examined.

And yes—accessory breast tissue itself is usually benign, but it can develop some of the same conditions that affect regular breast tissue.

So ladies…

Sometimes even pus.

Now you’re standing in front of the mirror squeezing them like you’re popping bubble wrap. 😩😂

OGA, LEAVE YOUR FACE ALONE!

Those bumps are often razor bumps (pseudofolliculitis barbae).

They happen when shaved hairs—especially curly or coarse hairs—curve back into the skin and cause inflammation.

That’s why beard bumps are particularly common in Black men.

And please stop blaming:

❌ “Dirty blood”
❌ Village people
❌ Somebody’s daughter stressing you 😂

Your shaving technique may be part of the problem.

🔥 WHAT CAN HELP?

Avoid shaving extremely close.
Shave in the direction the hair grows.
Don’t repeatedly pass the razor over the same area.
Avoid stretching the skin while shaving.
Consider an electric clipper that leaves a little stubble.

And please…

STOP DIGGING THE HAIR OUT WITH NEEDLE AND TWEEZERS LIKE YOU’RE LOOKING FOR CRUDE OIL! 😭😂😂

Persistent or severe bumps may need treatment from a healthcare professional, especially if there is significant inflammation, infection, scarring, or darkening of the skin.
