We operate out of a tiny, high volume kitchen. It is very demanding. You will be challenged on a daily basis to help lead a small team in consistently creating great food, while maintaining a positive and productive working relationship with back of house and front of house. SUNDAYS ARE FOR LASAGNA!!! Chef Mark knew there would be an uproar if we took our beloved vegetable lasagna off the menu. So on Sunday nights we will be pumping out new (and some favorite) lasagnas from our kitchen. On top of that, our GM and wine buyer, Terry, has selected some ridiculous wines to pair by the glass, at cost. That’s right. No mark up, just our cost. Limit one glass per guest.
