When you can laugh. When you can cry. When you can use your voice to express what you’ve been suppressing. When you can breathe and move. Day 1 of the Physicians Transformation Retreat 🩷 Thank you to The Imiloa Institute for providing such a sacred and healing space for our doctors, dentists, and for the hosts of our retreat. I feel so blessed to partake in this journey, to offer support to our participants, and holding space for all who are involved.
Today, I got to lead a somatic dynamic meditation in the morning. It’s so beautiful to witness energy moving freely amongst the participants 🩷 Can’t wait to do another version on day 3.
