It’s been an amazing season of great writers and literary camaraderie! Thank you to poet brittny ray crowell and novelist Nina McConigley—former Inprint Prize winners and UH Creative Writing Program alums—for a remarkable May 4th reading to cap off the 25/26 Inprint Margarett Root Brown Reading Series! brittny read movingly from CORD SWELL, her new poetry collection that interweaves original mixed-media collages. And Nina shared the piercing opening from her new novel HOW TO COMMIT A POSTCOLONIAL MURDER. Both sat down for a thoughtful, lively conversation with poet and novelist Kevin Prufer. A heartfelt thanks to everyone who joined us for this special season finale—and for toasting our longtime Executive Director Rich Levy, who retires this summer after 31 years with Inprint!
