Many new mothers experience perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs), which can show up as sadness, worry, irritability, feeling disconnected, or simply feeling overwhelmed. These experiences are real, and they are treatable with the right support.

Taking care of your mental health is just as important as prenatal or postpartum checkups. Support can help ease symptoms, strengthen bonding, and improve well-being for both you and your baby and getting help early can make a meaningful difference.

For many new moms, finding time for care can feel impossible. That’s where telehealth can help. Virtual mental health visits allow you to talk with a licensed professional from home, during nap time, between feedings, or whenever it works best for you, without travel, childcare, or added stress.
