I got a call from Christine who told me that she wanted me to cook for ten ladies ! I prepared a dinner of empanadas, a Spanish cheese board, garden salad and a paella Valenciana. It was a huge success.

Event at the home of Kevin Oliver. We prepared a seafood paella, a chicken & sausage paella, beef empanadas, shrimp empanadas and a spinach salad. It was a great success with the guests!
