Almost forgot to give feedback on the shake! It didn’t had a distinctive flavor and I liked mixing it with my chocolate powder! It has the fiber consistency (because it has flax seeds in it) but I liked it! It really filled me up and still afternoon I’m not hungry that much! I’ll keep y’all posted!
