Responsibilities:

- Follow the established training path to prospect and develop a client base.
- Complete licensing coursework and pass your state and federal license exams (sponsored).
- Develop and maintain knowledge of evolving products and services.
- Effectively communicate information about our products and services.

Requirements:

- Must be eligible to work in the US
- Must be 18 years or older to obtain state and federal licenses
- Must pass a background check
- Must have the equipment and Wi-Fi access to work remotely

As a financial representative, we are dedicated to helping families identify short-term and long-term objectives, protect their assets and free up money on a monthly basis to help with the raising cost of life.

Some of the responsibilities would include:

*Identifying and qualifying new applicants

*Training new and existing agents on protocols, procedures, rules and regulations

*Monitoring all activities to make sure all compliance requirements are met

*Developing and improving skills for agents and associates

*Assisting clients with their personalized Financial Needs Analysis

- You will be required to obtain state licenses to be able to fully service clients. (Life, Series 6, 63, 65, 26, and Mortgage Loan Originator)

- We do pay for licensing and provide all training from the ground up.
