𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Medical Coder (Female)
𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Abbottabad
𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲: Full-time (on site)

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Hospital Coder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of Hospital Inpatient and Outpatient Coding, with specialized experience in Surgery Coding (General Surgery) and GI Surgery Coding.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Accurately assign ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes for hospital-based services
• Review and code surgical procedures, including general surgery and GI surgeries
• Ensure coding compliance with federal regulations and payer policies
• Collaborate with billing, auditing, and clinical teams for accurate claim submission

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• Strong knowledge of Hospital Coding Guidelines
• Proven expertise in Hospital Surgery (General Surgery) and GI Surgery Coding
• Certification (CPC, CCS, or equivalent) preferred
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with EHR systems and coding software
• Masters / Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent (English) verbal and written communication skills.
• Accurate data entry skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Should be able to work in a team environment.
• Willing to work in Morning Shift (09:00Am – 05:30Pm Females Only)
