Jim Perdue Jr. took the stage at the TTLA Midyear Conference to deliver his presentation, "Lipstick on a Pig: Dealing with Bad Facts to Achieve Big Results."
Jim's talk drew on decision science and psychology to show how to reframe challenging cases, using a real-world example of how Perdue & Kidd turned an extremely difficult 18-wheeler crash case into a $40 million verdict in a tough venue.
