🇺🇸 Holiday Reminder 🇺🇸

Krav Maga Wolfpack will be closed on Saturday, July 4 in observance of Independence Day.

There will be no classes that day as our instructors and members spend time with family and friends celebrating the holiday.

We hope you have a safe, fun, and Happy Fourth of July! Enjoy the celebrations, stay aware, stay hydrated, and be safe around fireworks.

We’ll see everyone back on the mats at our next scheduled classes!

🥵 EXTREME HEAT ALERT 🥵

The forecast is calling for temperatures in the mid to upper 90s, with the heat index expected to reach around 105°F this week.

Please take a few extra precautions to keep yourself, your family, and your pets safe:

💧 Stay hydrated—drink plenty of water throughout the day.
☀️ Avoid prolonged time in direct sunlight whenever possible.
🧢 If you’re working or exercising outdoors, take frequent breaks in the shade or air conditioning.
🐾 Make sure your pets have plenty of fresh water and shade, and avoid walking them on hot pavement, which can quickly burn their paws.
❤️ Check in on elderly family members, neighbors, and anyone who may be more vulnerable to the heat.

🥋 Wolfpack Members: We will still be training this week, but we’ll be taking additional water breaks throughout class to help everyone stay safe. Please bring plenty of water or your preferred hydration drink to every class.
