Happy Fourth of July!

This year feels especially meaningful as America celebrates 250 years.

A milestone like that deserves more than fireworks. It deserves gratitude.

Gratitude for the freedom we get to live in.
Gratitude for the people who fought to protect it.
Gratitude for the families, communities, and faith that have carried this country through so much.

I’m thankful to live in a place where we can work hard, worship freely, raise our families, chase dreams, build homes, serve our neighbors, and keep believing in what this country can be.

Thank God for America.

Being a football mom has taught me more about real estate than I ever expected.

It taught me how to stay calm when the pressure is high.

It taught me that preparation matters, but you still have to be ready to adjust when the play changes.

It taught me that you can care deeply and still think clearly.

It taught me that the little details matter. The schedule, the gear, the timing, the communication, the backup plan, the next step.

And it taught me that people need someone steady on their side when emotions are running high.

Real estate is not football, but some days it sure feels like game day.

There are timelines, strategy, nerves, last-minute changes, big decisions, and people counting on you to know what comes next.

Being a football mom made me better at showing up. Better at listening. Better at anticipating what people need before they ask. Better at staying focused when things get stressful.

And maybe most importantly, it reminded me that home is the reason behind all of it.

The place you come back to after the long practices, the big wins, the hard losses, the muddy cleats, the late dinners, and the memories your family will talk about for years.

That’s why I take this job personally.

Because I know a house is never just a house.

It’s where real life happens.
