It came from taking the chance, figuring things out, asking the right questions, and proving to myself that I was capable all along.

Looking back, that mindset shift changed everything.

For a long time, I thought growth would come from doing more, knowing more, or waiting until I felt more ready.

Turns out, believing in myself made a bigger difference than any strategy ever could.

I’m incredibly honored to have been nominated as a Top Agent Under 40 in Livingston County, but what means the most is knowing this recognition came from the community.
