We are working through the permitting process and very soon we will begin clearing this site in preparation for the driveway to be installed and then break ground for the foundation soon after!

Our project is moving along - nearly finished with MEP’s phase and will soon begin insulation / drywall following our inspections!

📍 Williamston, MI

Our shipment of unfinished Rustic Alder interior doors has arrive from the mill in Montana, and they are jaw dropping!

The doors are shipped broken down with the slabs, jambs and stop already machined ready for assembly and require staining / finishing on site.

The select grade white oak flooring has been acclimating for a couple of weeks now, and the balance of the trim package has been ordered.

Time to make this house a home! 🏡
