AN OVERDUE INTRODUCTION š„
Coach Jessica Cox has been part of Ace Factory Fastpitch from the beginning, but with everything happening so quickly around here, we realized we never gave her the official introduction she deserves!
Jessica will co-lead our 18U team as a head coach and brings years of experience in the game. Most recently, you likely recognize her name as a three year T2 head coach, but her experience competing at a high level goes far beyond that. She understands what it takes to compete, develop, and prepare athletes for the next level.
As a non-parent head coach, Jessicaās focus is simple: building a competitive, connected team while helping each athlete grow, develop, and reach her individual goals.
Weāve been fortunate to have Coach Jess involved in building this program from day one, and weāre excited for everyone else to officially get to know her, too.

Join us twice a week:
WEDNESDAYS | 7:00 AM
FRIDAYS | 7:00 AM
Friday classes will include a special focus on pelvic floor strength and function.

Important: FINESSE x Ace Factory EVALS tonight!
We sent out an email yesterday evening, but just in case, if you planned on attending here are some important notes:
1. The eval is being held at *FREEDOM RIVER FIELD*.
6716 Winans Lake Road, Brighton
Youāll check in at the gate and head back to the softball field. Map is attached. Please use parking lots and refrain from parking on the grass. Please note- we are NOT at Ace Factory tonight!
2. PITCHERS + CATCHERS, due to the large number of registered athletes, we are asking pitchers and catchers to arrive 30 minutes early, at 6:00 PM, if possible.
3. All other athletes, please arrive by 6:20 PM so you have time to check in and warm up before we begin promptly at 6:30 PM. With the number of athletes attending, we will need every minute of our 90-minute evaluation period!
4. Canāt make it tonight- no worries! We are still taking registrations for the 16th!
Sidenote- You guys have blown us away with your response! Which is great butā¦ Iām slightly nervous we may run out of shirts. I ordered DOUBLE what I expected to need and still am not sure we have enough! If you miss out on a shirt tonight, donāt worry, we will ship one out to you this week!

Happy 4th of July weekend! šŗšø
The holiday weekend doesnāt automatically mean a day off around hereā¦ especially for this crew, who showed up at 6:15 this morning and crushed a HYROX workout! šŖš¼š„
Way to show up and put in the work, guys! Now go enjoy the holiday weekendā¦ you definitely earned the burgers, hotdogs, and whatever else this weekend brings!

Weāre excited to announce that weāve added an 11U age division and a second (and final) Open Evaluation date!
As we shared previously, roster offers will begin being extended following our July 6 Open Evaluation, so if youāre available, we strongly encourage you to attend that date.
If youāre unable to make July 6, July 16 will be your final opportunity to be evaluated for the 2026-27 season.
The response from athletes and families has been incredible, and weāre so grateful for the excitement surrounding Ace Factory Fastpitch and our partnership with Finesse. We canāt wait to meet everyone and officially begin building our 2026-2027 teams.

This was our facility at 9:00 on Monday morning.
The house was full. Moms were training. High school and college athletes were working. Coaches were coaching.
On a Monday morning.
And I realizedā¦ why not share the really simple secret weāve been hiding? The cheat code really isnāt complicated:
Show up.
Thatās it.
Show up when youāre motivated.
Show up when youāre not.
Show up when youāre tired.
Show up when itās beautiful outside.
Show up when nobodyās watching.
Just keep showing up.
Every day.
Weāll take care of the coaching. Weāll take care of the programming. Weāll help you get better.
You just have to walk through the door.

Just a friendly reminder: if you canāt find a lesson time that works for you one week, please donāt skip the week. Reach out to us!
Ryan and Danielle build their monthly schedules as thoughtfully as possible, trying to balance member availability while also avoiding large gaps or empty lesson slots. Itās never a perfect science.
The good news is their priority is always making sure our members get the training they need.
If you donāt see a time that works, pleaseā¦ send us a message! They are often happy to adjust their schedules, add lesson times, move things around, or open additional availability when possible. They just need to know thereās a need.
Donāt miss a week of development simply because the online schedule doesnāt line up. Weāre here to help!
