Experienced cleaner needed for part-time custodial work cleaning a dental office in Ann Arbor. Cleaning needs to be done Wednesday evenings and once over the weekends. This particular opening is for about 8 hours/month, but other future opportunities may exist for adding on hours, depending on performance.
Looking for a dependable Cleaner/Janitor who possesses a STRONG EYE FOR ATTENTION TO DETAIL. Commercial Cleaning experience preferred, but not required. Potential Employee must be at least 18 years of age and be available to work evenings. We provide all equipment, supplies and training, you just bring yourself and a STRONG WORK ETHIC.
Responsibilities and Duties
Performance of basic janitorial duties
Vacuuming carpet
Vacuuming/sweeping and mopping hard-surfaced floors
Emptying trash & taking to the dumpster
Dusting and damp wiping surfaces
Cleaning rest rooms
Cleaning offices
Qualifications and Skills
Clean criminal background and drug screen
Dependable transportation
Ability to lift 30 lbs (trash bags into dumpster)
Live within 15-20 miles of facility (preferred)
Two years continuous janitorial experience (preferred)
