This upset me a great deal when I saw it on Instagram. This is a post from a company that has been around for a very long time. I have people close to me that have hung on every word and transformed their lives. But this is hugely irresponsible, at best. An outright lie, at worst.

I’m not sure which one it is, but either way, as you navigate a healthier lifestyle, this is a perfect example of the misinformation and noise that is out there in this industry. So please, check facts, use common sense. Really, a quick skim on the nutrition label will tell you this is inaccurate.

I’m not slamming one way of eating. I’m all for eating what you want BUT making it work for you and your goals. Having information is key. But it has to be factual information.

If you need help and guidance, I’m here! Being healthier and losing weight should not be confusing. And it isn’t, once you know fact from fiction.

Finally got a little storage upgrade for the gym! They look great and hold things so nicely! But why not come out and take a look for yourself? 💪
