Hello! We are Vote Hudson, a chapter of the youth-led organization called Vote Local that strives to increase youth voter turnout and participation in local politics. Vote Local currently has four other chapters in Northborough, Southborough, Shrewsbury, and Marlborough. Every chapter is run by students in college or high school. We strive to increase civic engagement by educating our followers and also assisting them in the voting process on social media. Our founding chapter in Northborough saw a 214% increase in youth voter turnout in the recent town election, and because of this turnout, the chapter decided to branch out to other municipalities.
