Substance Abuse Treatment Center dedicated to restoring lives & healing all those suffering from addiction.

Relapse rarely happens all at once.

For many people, there are warning signs that begin to show up days, weeks, or even months beforehand. Changes in sleep, isolation, skipping meetings or therapy sessions, increased secrecy, irritability, or thinking more positively about past substance use can all be signs that additional support may be needed.

Recognizing these signs isn't about judgment—it's about awareness.

If you're noticing some of these patterns in yourself or someone you care about, don't wait for things to get worse before reaching out. Early support can make a meaningful difference.

At Heartfelt Recovery Centers, we provide compassionate, individualized care through PHP, IOP, OP, and dual diagnosis treatment programs designed to help people build and maintain lasting recovery.

Recovery is possible. You do not have to face it alone.

Dual diagnosis means more than addiction.

Many people struggling with substance use are also dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, panic symptoms, or other mental health challenges. When only one part of the problem is treated, the cycle often continues.

Mental health symptoms can increase substance use. Substance use may provide temporary relief. Then the symptoms return—and often become even more difficult to manage.

That's why integrated treatment matters.

At Heartfelt Recovery Centers, we provide dual diagnosis care that addresses both substance use and mental health concerns at the same time. Through PHP, IOP, OP, therapy, medication-assisted treatment (when appropriate), and individualized treatment planning, we help clients build a foundation for lasting recovery.

Healing starts when both are treated.

Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) is one of the most misunderstood tools in recovery.

Unfortunately, myths and stigma often prevent people from getting the support they need.

The truth? MAT can help reduce cravings, support long-term recovery, and improve quality of life when used as part of a comprehensive treatment plan.

Swipe through to learn the facts behind some of the most common MAT myths.

If you or someone you love is struggling with substance use, help is available.

Sometimes addiction doesn’t look the way people expect it to.

It can look like:
– “I can stop whenever I want.”
– Using substances to sleep, cope, or get through the day.
– Hiding how much you use.
– Watching your mood, relationships, motivation, or work slowly change.

A lot of people dismiss the warning signs because they think it’s “not bad enough yet.”

But you don’t have to wait for everything to fall apart before asking for help.

If these questions hit home, it may be time to have an honest conversation — with yourself or with someone you trust.

Recovery is possible, and support is available. We're here to help.
