Finally got a Harris County building permit submitted in May of last year on this Friday. Needless to say client was pi**ed at me, I’ll never vote for another Democratic candidate who has no clue how to run their office. Thank you Ms County Judge for hiring your consultant friends who have no clue either!!! Sweetheart your killing our permit process...

Out today working a field inspection on one of my projects under construction, before it gets freezing here.,and too cold to be outside for us Architects.

One of my Residential projects, used heavy wood beam trusses with open space ceilings, Also design the fireplace open to both rooms and around a coke machine.
