Grass-fed steer about ready for butchering. 3 more weeks of grass and supplemental feed, then off to the butcher. 2 weeks of hanging and will be ready for your plate. $4,100 at a weight nearing 1,300 # +/- and hanging weight around 800 # +/-.
Package weight on last steer was 536 # (bring home weight) and filled the freezer.
Buyer pays processer fees. We use a local butcher.

Fresh Steer Meat from the local butcher. A full stand-up freezer, which was previously completely empty. Our Quality Control Directors approved of the meat before we placed it in our freezer. 7 more steers are in the pasture and will be continued on grass and supplemental feed. NO HORMONES are added to our beef. This is all natural, grass fed beef. Updated prices will be posted soon!
