A huge thank you to the Schneider Electric team for spending Global Environment Day giving back at Clawson Van DeHei Preserve! 🌿💚

Their volunteers made a meaningful impact by removing invasive multiflora rose, planting disease-resistant elm trees to help restore the forest, and painting and installing a rain barrel to support tree watering during the growing season.

We're grateful for partners like Schneider Electric who roll up their sleeves to help protect and restore the natural places our community enjoys.

A huge thank you to the Pennsylvania Water Environment Association (PWEA), Herbert, Rowland & Grubic, Inc. - HRG, and the incredible volunteers who joined us at Clawson Van DeHei Preserve this past Monday!

In partnership with the PWEA and HRG, more than 40 volunteers came together to help restore and enhance this special property by planting over 600 native plants. Additionally, these volunteers helped prepare the ground to install permanent signage that will educate the public on the ecological and historical significance of the preserve. The native plants added will provide valuable habitat for pollinators and wildlife while supporting the long-term health of the area.

Conservation is a community effort, and we're grateful for the dedication, hard work, and enthusiasm everyone brought to the project. Together, we're creating a healthier landscape for future generations to enjoy.
