We are excited to offer private lessons with Anne Papalia! These lessons are for those who are actively preparing to compete in either AKC or CDSP Obedience Trials.

Supporting Paws Foundation is offering private lessons with Anne Papalia to help you improve your dog's obedience competition performance! Folks who had lessons with Anne last year raved about how much Anne was able to help them with their training issues. Take advantage of this opportunity!

Limited spots for these private lessons are available in June on Saturday mornings on June 6th, 13th and 27th ( sorry, the 27th has now filled to capacity)

Important: These lessons are for people training in AKC or CDSP obedience competition only. No Rally, agility, or general obedience issues, please.

Anne has been training dogs for about 35 years. She has earned multiple AKC Utility Dog and Utility Dog Excellent titles, and has had several dogs earn AKC Obedience Trial Championship (OTCH) points. Her dogs have earned placements in national AKC Obedience All-Star tournaments.

Anne is a popular CDSP Obedience Judge, a venue where she has earned an OTCH with her dog Moses. She is also a Therapy Dog International dog evaluator and recently co-wrote a book, Service Dogs in Schools.

Anne is a professor at Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania with a Ph.D. She specializes in human behavior and applied behavior analysis.

We have finalized the details for our upcoming 2026 Summer class session.

Class rates for 2026 are, $ 90.00 for non-supporters OR $ 45.00 for 2026 Supporters.

If your registration will be postmarked after ​TUESDAY, JULY ​14th, 2026, please include an additional $10.00 for the late fee.

The summer session will begin ​July ​18th, 19th, 20th and ​21st of 2026.

PLEASE note that since we like to keep our classes on the smaller side, they will fill quickly.
We ONLY accept registrations via U.S. postal mail NOT through email. Registration payments are accepted via check only, NO Paypal!

I am NOT permitted to hold any spots in a class in advance. Only a submitted registration form and payment sent in via postal mail can secure a spot for a class that may still have openings.
