It’s International Day of Education!

We're celebrating today by congratulating one of our wonderful team members, Fidelma, for her recent graduation from SETU Waterford!

Fidelma shared with us that she completed the Lean Fundamentals Program to gain knowledge and practical training for her position. It helped her gain knowledge and other helpful skills such as public speaking and writing.

Lastly, she wanted to give a shout out to Liam for motivating her to take this course: "I've always been encouraged by managers to push myself and step outside my comfort zone."

Well done, Fidelma! We're so proud of you.

In this new year, it's time to get a little uncomfortable. Sometimes doing what's out of your comfort zone is the way to go!
