Our last week of February kept us out of the rain and in the kitchen for some heartwarming meals with wonderful guests from Switzerland, Italy via Paris and Frankfurt, Germany, Turkey and the US: North Carolina, Iowa, Virginia, New York, Utah… thanks for enjoying those special dinners with us ! From Carrot orange miso soup to authentic couscous overflowing with seasonal veggies, charred baby leeks (@reseau.amap) and @miyam_paris roasted beets, Brice’s amazing confit of duck in a creamy Parmentier, those cheesy gougères, to soufflé and more soufflé with a sensational blood orange juice reduction. Une dernière semaine de février inoubliable avec nos invités de Suisse, Allemagne, Turquie, Italie, États Unis dont New York, Virginie, Utah, Caroline du Nord et Iowa.
