Coming up on our 1st anniversary, Momentum Performance is excited to announce that we’re looking to add a personal trainer to our team.

At MP, we strive to make our client’s hour with us the best part of their day. It’s important that we continue to provide an optimal training experience in a fun atmosphere as we continue to grow. We’d like to announce our newest trainer joining the team, Kym, who is no stranger to health and fitness. Having spent the past 15 years as a CPT, Fitness and SPIN instructor, she has a deep passion for helping others succeed in their health endeavors. Before coming to Momentum Performance, Kym has worked in multiple settings including various health clubs, corporate wellness, and kid’s health/education. Her most rewarding job has been being a mom to her two young children, Everleigh (8) and Jameson (5).

When Kym isn’t working or being a mom, she loves playing all types of sports, even the ones she is terrible at. She’s on the hunt for the best Mexican food in North Carolina, and above all loves serving alongside her husband at their church.

Kym is excited to be joining the Momentum Performance team and is looking forward to building solid relationships with its members and staff. Welcome, Kym!
