This exercise has been a great addition to our workouts! Begin in a split stance with the kettlebell positioned in front. Hinge back and swing the kettlebell through your legs, letting your forearm collide against your inner thigh. Your inner thigh will catch the load, and as your hips spring forward, your arm will be propelled off your leg, allowing the kettlebell to float up to chest height. You got this!💪🏻
