This home is proof that persistence, patience and due diligence pay off. The lovely buyers were a dream to work with but their journey was long and far from easy. For months we searched and did find properties but due to no fault of their own things didn’t work out until ….they did! Some buyers would’ve given up but they stayed focused and we stayed on course with the plan. After months of potential houses not working this came thru and finished strong. Incredible team work from everyone involved was the icing on the cake. The highlights for me were seeing the kids excitement about their new rooms and when their mom said “this feels like home”. Ugh, that’s what it is all about isn’t it? Every journey and strategy look different but the end result of a happy and satisfied client is all that matters. No matter the timeframe, I’m here for the long haul and won’t stop until the goal has been met (hopefully exceeded). Cheers to many new memories in the home that was meant to be!
