We’re Hiring a Certified Pre-K Teacher for Our 4/5s Classroom! This role requires more than supervision. It calls for intentional teaching, steady leadership, and a heart that sees both the child and who they are becoming.

• Someone who understands kindergarten readiness - academically, socially, and emotionally.
• A teacher who values purposeful play while guiding early learning with clarity and direction.
• A collaborative leader who works well with co-teachers and contributes to a unified classroom environment.
• A steady, positive presence - consistent, engaged, and invested in each child’s development.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Education (required)
• Experience in early childhood or Pre-K classroom settings preferred
Must-Haves (per state licensing requirements):
• At least 21 years of age
• Able to pass background check, fingerprinting, and child abuse/neglect screenings
• Willingness to complete required annual professional trainings (WV STARS and other PD opportunities)
Hours & Pay:
• Full-time (40 hours per week)
• Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm
• Pay based on education and experience
