Alright then. Let’s see them try it. And let’s see how that lands in court.

Once again, the jokers in our supermajority in Charleston are busy chasing culture war nonsense instead of doing the actual work of improving life for West Virginians.

What about clean water?
What about good-paying jobs?
What about infrastructure?
What about public education?
What about health care?

It never seems to be about making West Virginia stronger or more attractive to the rest of the world. Instead it’s always the same playbook: division, hot-button distractions, tribalism, and xenophobia.

Now they’re passing laws that unconstitutionally target LGBTQ people while criminalizing entertainment and artistic expression.

That’s not leadership. That’s a disgrace.

West Virginians deserve better.

Two bills passed by the West Virginia Senate propose new criminal penalties for certain behaviors by adults in public spaces, in the name of protecting children.
