MEET YOUR COACH — Laura
Laura is currently going through our coaching development process, bringing over 5 years of experience while continuing her education toward her Master’s and becoming a Registered Dietitian.
Her focus has been working with female athletes — building strength, increasing power, and elevating performance. She’s driven to help athletes step outside their comfort zones and reach levels they didn’t think were possible.
She’s continuing to grow within our system and develop every day — not just as a coach, but as an RD-to-be.
