Coffee Cop

I love when new coffee comes in! That’s one of my favorite parts about running this page, that and interacting with everyone. I decided to open the Focal Point Coffee Roasters LLC Cereal Killer BCDG blend. (Special collab with matts.dg.journey over on IG, he makes disc golf content!). The bag mentions a medium to dark roast with notes of blueberry, graham, malt, and cocoa. I received this coffee whole bean and ground it fresh and used my drip coffee maker.

Right away you’ll notice an excellent aroma, slightly sweat with just a hint of fruit. Definitely spot on with the medium-dark, favoring just slightly to the dark side. The notes here are subtle some you might miss on the first sip but when you go back for more you start to pick up more depth in the coffee. This would be a great option for my dark roast fans or people looking to branch out from just light and medium roast.

Focal Point Roasters have been excellent coffees, I’ve had several from them. The owner is excellent and the customer service is always great. He’s been a bug supporter of the page! Every product I’ve received from them has been super fresh and has not disappointed. Make sure if you order let them know you heard about them from my page, I know the owner would love to hear that!
