1. If we don’t program this stuff now, I promise you’re gonna be at a physical therapist office and they’ll program it for you.

2. It’s inevitable that our bodies will continuously find the laziest ways to move in an effort to preserve energy It’s inevitable that our bodies will create adaptations to these patterns and pain and dysfunction arise from this.

1. Loaded single leg work is 💰
2. Challenging ranges of motion is 🔑
3. Feeling tight doesn’t always mean stretch. It might be a ⚠️ warning you need STABILITY 📢

Because progress is usually 2 weeks behind your actions …

Because it’s hard to show up to work without “pay”

your pics become EVIDENCE you showed up:

• Tired
• Busy
• Unmotivated
• Messy

This week alone:

– 13 mile walk + still trained the next day
– 4am workouts before teaching all day
– First group ride when you’re new to cycling
– Meal plans built around crazy schedules
– Workouts squeezed in between sick kids and chaos

Progress is messy.
Progress is in adjusted plans.
