a lil terre verte study of the venerable & delightful !

The last time I tried to learn this technique (4 years ago exactly) was a Very Dark Time for me. So grateful to assist .saluja in her MFA Painting 2 class and have another whack at it.

I HATED terre verte coming into this exercise but ended up finally understanding and falling in love with its subtlety, especially in forms within light. Break through moment and also a testament to the amount of control I've learned while painting over the last 4 years.
