We are looking for a full time apartment make ready technician or a large apartment community in Huntsville. Must have some maintenance knowledge. General plumbing and electrical. MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A DRUG AND BACKGROUND

We are looking to hire 2-3 FULL TIME positions for maintenance and grounds. Must have a reliable method of transportation and valid license. Must be able to pass a drug test. We are looking for individuals who have experience in general repairs in plumbing, carpentry, electrical etc. Pay is competitive, we do also offer 401k Matching, PTO accrual, multi tiered medical, dental, vision, life, accident etc insurance.
