Matthew Tucker Racing

Our 2026 racing season commenced with a unique twist, deviating from our customary legend car racing. Instead, we participated in a 200-lap oval karting race at Music City Kartplex.

The race format consisted of a 3-minute practice/qualifying session, followed by a 200-lap race with no halfway break. The race was run in reverse on the oval track, requiring right-hand turns instesd if the traditional left-hand turns.

Matthew secured the fourth qualifying position and swiftly advanced to second place esrly in the race. Although he led the race at times, he primarily maintained a second-place standing. With three laps remaining, Matthew seized the lead off turn two and pulled ahead to secure the victory. Matthew also achieved the fastest lap time in the race.

We extend our gratitude to Music City Kartplex for organizing the event and demonstrating exceptional professionalism. The experience was thoroughly enjoyable.
