How do sailors stay hydrated miles off shore away from Publix?

This post was inspired by our kitchen sink/ counter that may or may not be getting installed soon 😎

Ever wondered what’s in a sailors fridge? Or if sailors have fridges at all?

That 48V 15KWH lithium bank and 3500W solar array we installed means we can run a fridge fit for a house 🏡
——
With all the things to do on Nienke, the Galley (kitchen) isn’t really at the top of our list to refit
——
Till then we have half a counter and no sink, so currently meals are constrained to whatever we can heat up quickly and without much preparation
——
That’s ok tho because the Torian family is known for “remixing” dishes from our fav establishments with our own seasoning to save a bit of time
