Since 2014, Chupper Time Catering has been creating memorable dining experiences across North Alabama. This Huntsville-based, husband-and-wife team specializes in elevated weddings, corporate events, private dinners, and special celebrations, known for their hand-crafted small plates, beautiful presentation, and exceptional hospitality. Led by Food Network-winning Executive Chef Brandon Crosby and co-owner Casey Crosby, their mission is simple: help clients become guests at their own events by handling every aspect of the culinary experience. This year, Chupper Time is excited to serve as the culinary team for the annual Fête en Blanc hosted by Make It Matter and continue their partnership with the Cabin Dinner Series at Burritt on the Mountain. After 12 years in business, they are especially proud that much of their growth comes from referrals and repeat clients, a testament to the lasting impressions they create through exceptional food and hospitality.

We are deeply grateful to the Sanders family for including us as they gathered to celebrate a life filled with service, creativity, family, and friendship. It was our honor to help create a space where stories could be shared and memories remembered.

…but when trays start disappearing before they make it across the room, you know you did something right. 🔥

Petite Nashville hot chicken biscuits… flaky, buttery, crispy, with just enough heat.
And our fried green tomatoes with peppito cheese, hot honey, and a little Southern attitude.

And yes… they were every bit as good as they look.
