Happy Summer!!!!!

With yesterday being the official 1st day of Summer, 🌞🌻 lets talk about your hair and what is going to happen and what you need to do!!!

Swimming first and foremost.....Lake water, Swimming pool water, chlorine or salt, Ocean water. 💦 They will ALL contribute to dryness, frizziness, color fading, green in your hair, stiffness in your hair, dry scalp and skin.

Lots of ponytails, braids and hats.

Some Ladies start the season off with a Brazilian Blowout or Keratin Smoothing Treatments. Why??....
‼️ Smoothing Treatments act as a natural barrier for your hair. They help to reduce the frizz, they help keep your hair from soaking up salt, chlorine, chemicals in the water. The protein and keratin un these products help to heal and repair as the Summer goes along.

Make sure you have a Beach Bag with you that contains PreTreat, it is a spray on clarifier for your hair. The minute you are done with your water day, spray PreTreat on, comb it in, and shampoo when you get home. This allows you to stop the reaction in your hair, from the water, keeps it from penetrating too far into your hair, and helps ro keep the discoloration to a minimum.

In your Beach Bag, you should also have Instacure or Vitaminsilk. These are my favorite Leave-In Conditioners. You can spray these on top of your PreTreat and comb in together for a little more slip and for the conditioning agents to get started. These 2 products are worth their weight in gold!!

After the Summer ☀️ is over, we will need to talk about Restoration Treatments!! You and your hair will Thank me!!!
