AJ Fit

Took a lot of time off from posting but I had to focus on getting enrolled in school and my business. Now I’m back and ready to put out a little content on the side.

Also thinking about doing some videos over some engineering stuff I’m learning and side projects so if you guys would like that leave a comment!

Anyway this was just a fun set to throw in at the end of the workout to hit arms. Double arm curls with a 3-5 second negative. I went a little too heavy but I wanted to give it a shot.

Lastly if anyone still reading is going through a period in there life where they got knocked down and are still on the ground, remember to get back up. The game isn’t over until you say it’s over.
