Our second women's community workout is this week! We hope to see y'all there! ✨

To be FULLY transparent - it's not the best business move & I would not take business advice from me.

Especially if you're trying to be a company that makes a lot of money.
But that's never been my goal & financial guys hate me for it.

I'm so incredibly passionate about helping my clients & having high integrity therapists that truly enjoy what they do.

It's always been taking care of my therapist/clients >>> money made.

I remember I looking at my mom after an exhausted shift & saying "I promise someday you'll get to work for me & you can make your hours" - at the time I was working in a gym and while I could've let her work there it wasn't the environment her clients would've come into, so it would've of worked out.

My mom didn't make it long working for the spas here in Texas - so she had to go back home to Oklahoma to live with her parents.

She ended up still working for herself part time so she could make her own hours.
Many of the clients were cancer patients & she was giving palliative care massage while her, herself was suffering from the same disease.

While she didn't make it to see my dream come true - I hope everyday that somewhere in the afterlife she saw this vision come to life & is proud of what I've built in the name of creating a better working environment for moms & mothers & people alike.

We are an appointment based clinic only for this reason. To support those that work for us so they can give you the quality care you deserve.

This post should've been made a long time ago, people are always confused why our hours are so wacky, why you can't always get in with us, & why you can't just get a walk in appointment with us.

But this is why, we are a team of ALL moms.
Quinn and Annalee with brand new little babies. Myself and Annalee that both homeschool our kids & we are all just trying to do what we love without losing out on precious family time.

The time I had to learn the hard way that you can't get back once it's gone.

So thank you, thank you for understanding our hours.
Thank you for supporting the business that took me blood, sweat and literal tears & loss to finally build.
