Flood waters can cause a lot of damage without the right drainage plans in place prior! The neighboring builder cut off the drainage routes without leaving a relief point in the curb, causing water to damn up behind this Refuel station (over 13 inches of water). These AC units were inches away from disaster, but we got it pumped out in time! A thoughtful drainage solution is ready to fix this issue from happening again in the future.

Update: Drain system installed with gravel pit basin, curb cut to allow water to flow out, and dirt brought in to grade away from the back of the building.
