HAIL SCOPE 360 INC.

I have a had a van in the shop for almost 2 weeks waiting on an approval from PROGRESSIVE INSURANCE. Submitted a supplement 2 Mondays ago. When I talked to the adjuster last Friday she told me they never received our supplement, so I emailed to her directly. They have a full estimate with photos. The customer has also called to expedite the process. When I spoke to the adjuster yesterday she told me she explained to the customer it takes 4-5 to get the supplement processed, yesterday being day 5. Why is this such a problem in our industry, it used to be 48 hours turnaround on Supps. Any suggestions on getting these done faster or am I just stuck.
