Kwanzaa Celebration with Elizabeth Kahura | Austin Public Library Umoja, Kujichagulia, Ujima, Ujamaa, Nia, Kuumba, and Imani! Learn seven principles of Kwanzaa and seven symbols of this holiday through music, drumming, and storytelling literature. Elizabeth Kahura is a Kenyan born storyteller, drummer, dancer, and teacher of a diverse range of African traditions.

We had Elizabeth W Kahura come to CCE this week for Black History Month! Her and I go way back in bringing African knowledge and enrichment to kids.
Even before I had my own kids. If you are an administrator, teacher, or PTA member; trust me you want her services. The kids raved about her and one said “I want her to come everyday!”
