We are hiring! Case Manager
We are looking for an experienced Case Manager to enhance the quality of life for adults with disabilities. The successful candidate will have excellent writing and communication skills, along with the ability to work independently. Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Cape Cod area.

The flexible position based on Cape Cod may be full or part time. Knowledge of community resources and state/federal benefit programs along with Bachelor’s degree in related area is preferred.
