Today, we raise a glass to National Gin Day at The Sentinel with a curated showcase of our finest botanical creations.

Crafted with vibrant Indigo Gin, a whisper of honey and citrus and topped with a refreshing grapefruit tartness, this delicate libation is elegantly served in a classic coupe. At The Sentinel's Whiskey Library, we believe whiskey isn't about proving what you know. It's about discovering what you enjoy.

We're looking for someone who shares that philosophy.

Someone who understands that every whiskey journey is different. Someone who gets just as excited helping a newcomer find their first favorite pour as they do discussing obscure single barrels, historic distilleries, mash bills, and production methods with a seasoned enthusiast.

Our goal isn't to tell people what they should like.

Our goal is to help them discover what they do like.

The Sentinel's Whiskey Library houses more than 1,100 unique whiskey expressions from around the world. Every bottle has a story. Every guest has a different palate. The right person for this role enjoys connecting those two things.
